Shine On!




Moisturizing Hair Gel

1/4 Teaspoon Aloe Vera Gel
1/8 Teaspoon Oil (Olive or Vitamin E)

Directions:
  Mix ingredients together in the palm of your hands.  Apply directly to hair before or after it has been styled.  This mixture may also be applied to your eye brows.  Enjoy!

Benefits: 
Aloe Vera will help balance the pH level of your hair.

Face: First and Last

Yogurt Cleanser

¼ Cup Plain Yogurt
1/8 Tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1/8 Tsp Olive Oil
1/8 Tsp Coconut Oil (Optional)

Directions:
  Mix  ingredients thoroughly and apply over your face for about a minute.  Rinse off with lukewarm water.  Follow up with a toner and moisturizer, first thing in the morning and last before going to bed.

Benefits: 

Exfoliates and softens the skin.

Jelly Roll

            Un-petroleum Jelly/Vaseline

½ Cup Oil (Olive, Jojoba, Sweet Almond, or Grapeseed)
1 Tablespoon Vitamin E Oil
1/8 Cup Grated Beeswax or Wax Pellets
Clean Glass Container

Directions:
  Combine wax and oils in a small ceramic bowl.  Heat 1” of water in a small pan over medium to low heat.  Heat until water simmers.  Place ceramic bowl in water; stirring the wax and oil until it melts completely.  Pour into glass container and allow mixture to cool.

Benefits: 
All natural and good for the entire body.

Armed and Ready!



Deodorant

2 Tbs. Baking Soda
3 Tbs. Arrowroot Powder and/or Corn Starch
4 Teaspoons Coconut Oil
15 - 20 Drops of Essential Oil (Tea Tree, Lavender, Thyme, Sweet Orange or Rosemary)
Clean Small Bowl (1 cup size or larger)

Directions:
  Mix all ingredients well in bowl.  Scoop out a small amount, rub between fingers to melt, then apply.       
  
Benefits: 
Applies easily and contains natural antiviral and antibacterial properties.

          Natural Toothpaste

½ Cup Baking Soda         
1 Teaspoon Fine Sea Salt (Optional)
1-2 Drops Essential Oil of your Choice (Peppermint, Spearmint, Lemon, Orange, etc.)
1 Tablespoon Water (add more if needed)

Directions:
  Combine ingredients.  Add water until you reach your desired consistency.  Store contents in a container with a lid.

Natural and inexpensive, with no worries about toxic poisons.
