Thyme Changes


Thyme Toner
(for all skin types)

¼ Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tablespoon Thyme
1/8 Teaspoon Aloe Vera Gel (Optional)
Medium Size Clean Glass Container such as a Mason jar (for Brewing)
Small Clean Glass Spray Container (for Application and Storage)

Directions:
  Combine all ingredients in a small pan and heat until water simmers.  Pour contents into medium glass container and brew for up to two hours.   Strain off liquid into small glass container.    Apply with a cotton ball followed with your moisturizer.  Refrigerate for up to two weeks.

Benefits: 
Helps fight acne and age spots.

Lay it On!



Body Butter
½ Cup Shea Butter
¼ Cup Coconut Oil
¼ Cup Almond Oil
15 Drops of Essential Oil (Optional)
1 Ceramic bowl
1 Clean Dry Jar with Lid

Directions:
  Combine all ingredients in bowl.  Heat 1” of water in a small pan over medium to low heat.  Heat until water simmers.  Place ceramic bowl in water; stirring the Shea butter and oils until it melts completely.  Add in essential oil then pour into your container.
Apply liberally to your body and enjoy. 
  
Benefits: 
Moisturizes and is long lasting for cool to cold weather.

Shampoo with Apple Cider Vinegar

1 Ounce Olive Oil
1 Egg
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1/1 Tsp Apple Cider Vinegar

Directions:
  Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a blender.  Massage into wet hair and rinse well with lukewarm water. 

Benefits: 
Cleans and conditions hair.
