Inhale - Exhale!


Breathing:  The Gift of Life

Breathe in through your nose (inhale); breathe out through your mouth (exhale).
The chest and abdomen should rise as you inhale and fall as you exhale.
Inhale.  Exhale.
Inhale.  Exhale.
Inhale positive energy, exhale negative energy.
Inhale peace, faith, love; exhale destruction, worry and hate.
Allow the mind to rest; fell your body settle and open our hearts and minds to new ideas and change.
Inhale.  Exhale.
Inhale.  Exhale.
  
Benefits: 
Deep breathing is a form of meditation.  It helps curb stress and allows us the opportunity to search within.
