Massage Your Feet                        

1 Golf Ball or Tennis Ball

Directions:
  Simply place the golf ball or tennis ball on the floor.  From a comfortable position, place one foot at a time on the ball and rotate the ball under your feet; roll it up and down, back and forth.   Repeat this process at least once a week to promote blood circulation to your feet and body. 

Benefits: 
This is an inexpensive and easy therapy for tired feet.

Clean & Fresh




1 oz. Distilled or Bottled Water
1/8 teaspoon Aloe Vera Gel

Directions:
  Mix ingredients.    Use as a mouthwash or simply add the ingredients to your morning glass of water or juice.  To double your efforts, add a small amount of the aloe vera gel to your toothpaste. 
 
Benefits: 
Aloe vera will help keep your teeth and mouth clean as well as help prevent gum disease.

Happy Healthy Feet


Healthy Feet
1 large Bowl or Foot Bath
1 Gallon Very warm/hot water
½ Cup Epson Salt, Sea Salt or Baking Soda
5 Drops Essential Oil
Hand Towel
Pumice Stone, porous rock or foot file
¼ Cup Raw Sugar
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
Nail Clipper
Orange Stick or Popsicle Stick
Soy Candle
1 Pair Cotton Socks

Directions:

Light the soy candle and set aside. Soak feet for fifteen (15) minutes in very warm to hot water, your salt preference and essential oil. Place feet on hand towel and remove excess water. Use pumice stone or file on rough areas, calluses and heels. Buff your feet with raw sugar and olive oil. Trim toenails and push the cuticles back. Blow out candle and apply a very small amount of the wax to your feet. Put cotton socks on and leave on overnight. Repeat this process at least once a week to maintain smooth feet.

Benefits: This is an opportune time to relax your mind as well as to groom yourself for healthy and attractive feet.

Highbrow




Brushing your Eyebrows
            
 1 Eyebrow brush or a small toothbrush
1/8 tsp Olive Oil

Directions:
  On clean skin, apply a small amount of olive oil to your eyebrows.  Then simply brush eyebrows across and slightly upwards following your hair growth.  Repeat daily.

Benefits: 
 Brushing your eyebrows will enhance your look as well as train your hair into shape.
